The Daily Money

Thursday, January 9

Good morning, Money fans.  It's David, bringing you up to speed on today's top financial news.

For more news, keep scrolling down.

David Brinkerhoff, Deputy Money Editor.

Bed Bath & Beyond released its fiscal third-quarter financial results after the markets closed on Wednesday. The retailer said that it had a net loss of $0.38 per share in and $2.8 billion in revenue, compared with consensus estimates that were calling for $0.02 in earnings per share (EPS) and $2.85 billion in revenue. The same period of last year reportedly had $0.02 in EPS and $3.03 billion in revenue.
