This was supposed to be a robust home-buying season. Not anymore, thanks to the coronavirus. Experts at Zillow say home sales will likely plunge by 60%. However, home prices are only expected to dip a bit this year before inching back up throughout 2021.

Maybe working from home has its benefits. A survey found more than half of participants believe telecommuting due to coronavirus restrictions has had a positive effect on productivity. The main reasons cited by participants?

Time saved commuting
Fewer distractions from co-workers
Fewer meetings
