However, home prices are only expected to dip a bit this year before inching back up throughout 2021. Maybe working from home has its benefits. A survey found more than half of participants believe telecommuting due to coronavirus restrictions has had a positive effect on productivity. The main reasons cited by participants? • Time saved commuting • Fewer distractions from co-workers • Fewer meetings Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo (pass the tequila, please).
