The Daily Money

Wednesday, December 2

It's Hump Day, Daily Money readers. We've reached the middle of the week. It's Brett Molina here to serve up your Wednesday Money and Tech headlines.

Meanwhile, it's also open enrollment season. Any money you have in flexible spending accounts must be used by the end of the year, but there might be an opportunity to carry those funds over for next year.

Finally, maxing out your 401(k) savings can net a lot of money for retirement. But is it a realistic strategy?

Scroll down for more Money and Tech news, and thanks for reading.

Brett Molina, Money/Tech editor

FSAs are available through some employers as a part of benefits packages.
