The Daily Money

Friday, December 3

Hello, Daily Money readers. Jayme Deerwester with you again after a long slog of a week – but we made it.

WEEKEND SALES ALERT: The deals didn't stop after Cyber Monday. Here are the bargains on offer starting Friday.

Bath & Body Works:  Apparently, y'all enjoy setting things on fire since the annual $10.25 3-wick Candle Day Sale item is our top story this morning.

Burger King:  With Whoppers going for 37 cents, Wimpy the "Popeye" character can actually afford to buy a burger this weekend instead of offering to pay Tuesday.

And if you are a small business owner, Steve Strauss shows you how to use the holidays to take your social media to the next level.

MOOD MUSIC:  Today's lyric comes from my fellow Kentuckian, rapper Jack Harlow, and goes out to anyone starting to think about how they're going to make their 2022 better than 2021: "Know my soul isn't trapped.  But what's holding me back is the old me. In fact, I'ma get intact, I'ma get it back. Mama, hold me to that."
