The housing market is beginning to show some glimmers of hope amid some grim reports. |
First, the bad news: Sales of previously-owned homes only gained 1.3% in July, according to the National Association of Realtors. Also, mortgage rates, while down slightly compared to last week, are still higher than most home loans held by nearly all Americans. |
