Zuckerberg also pulled a page from Trump ally Elon Musk, turning over content moderation to users and loosening restrictions on hate speech on his company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Threads. |

Popular diabetes medications such as Ozempic and Trulicity are among 25 drugs Medicare has spent the most on but hasn't yet selected for price negotiation, Ken Alltucker reports. |
A report from AARP Public Policy Institute said average list prices on the 25 drugs have nearly doubled since they hit the market and collectively cost Medicare ‒ and therefore American taxpayers ‒ nearly $50 billion in 2022. |
