How cubicle comedians on TikTok are making us laugh about work and why older workers are not retiring.

But these TikTok comedians want to change that. Think "The Office" meets TikTok: A new generation is skewering our everyday work lives and the results are hilarious. Funny memes stick it to the man (micromanagers who demand employees turn on their Zoom cameras or schedule meetings at quitting time), lampoon entitled 20-somethings (" Can I bring my emotional support animal to work?") and roast corporate jargon ("Circling back" is the clear winner). Rod Thill Rod Thill Who are you calling old? Joe Biden is in the White House. The Rolling Stones  are going on tour. And Harrison Ford is still playing Indiana Jones. The AARP-card-carrying 65-and-up crowd isn't showing any signs of slowing down.  In a major demographic shift, the older workforce – some 11 million Americans – has quadrupled in size since the mid-1980s, driven by the graying of the U.S. population.
