The Iran war is half a world away. Yet, between travel fears, fuel prices and unrelated airport hangups, some travelers are rethinking their spring vacation plans.

And perhaps with good reason. The State Department issued a worldwide caution advisory on Sunday, Josh Rivera reports, urging Americans traveling abroad to exercise increased vigilance amid rising geopolitical tensions.
