Good morning! This is Betty Lin-Fisher filling in today for Daniel de Visé for The Daily Money.

New York City-based actor Ethan Jones Romero, 27, has been scaling back his drinking to focus more on his health and workouts.

"The way I feel after drinking isn't really worth how much fun I had," Jones Romero told me for a story in USA TODAY.

He's not alone.

A new report from Bank of America Institute finds that Gen Z and Millennials are drinking less and working out more.

They're moving from barstools to barbells.

Travelers' flight plans could be affected by Iran war
