A few years later, she moved to Algiers, France, with her husband. Across the pond, that same medical treatment was 12 times cheaper.

Older women voters are not pleased with the economy

The midterms are coming, and older women voters are spooked about the economy. 

That's the message from a new AARP survey of American voters .

Americans, not other countries, pay for tariffs

American consumers and companies paid nearly 90% of the cost of President Donald Trump 's tariffs through late 2025, according to a new report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. 

The study adds to a growing body of evidence suggesting American families pay a price for Trump's import taxes.
